Brian J. Shannon Jr. is a Mortgage Lender with 8 years of lending experience. Today, he is Vice President and Senior Loan Officer for Atlas Mortgage Inc. His experience as a lender includes 7 years of teaching Homebuyer Education Seminars in the Seattle, Washington area. He developed the seminars in Washington with guidelines set forth by the Washington State Housing and Finance Commission. Brian has taught over 5,000 people how to buy their first home. His seminars are now available to people in Connecticut and they will be taught at local libraries and other community spaces.

Brian also developed a corporate education program where he taught "Lunch and Learn" seminars to employees of corporate clients. These are one hour long seminars and cover topics such as First Time Home Buying, Refinancing and Buying Investment Properties.
